PROFILE - John Bursill

John's 25 year background in manufacturing enables him to be extremely practical when developing or implementing company solutions.
John has led continuous improvement teams to reduce waste and improve productivity by $600,000 per annum and reduce customer complaints by 50 per cent.
He has implemented statistical process control onto a manufacturing line, saving the company $240,000 per annum; developed systems and training to support a site HACCP (Hazard and Critical Control Points) process. John has also trained managers and operators in the use of continuous improvement tools.
John's qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Change Management (Australian Graduate School of Management); Certificate in Workplace Training and Assessment (Wodonga TAFE); Certificate in Total Quality Management (Wodonga TAFE); Graduate Diploma in Quality Technology (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) and a Bachelor of Science (Monash University).
