profile PROFILE - Kerry Howard

Business Support Officer

Kerry is often the first person you will meet when you visit the Shepparton site or telephone Innoven.

Kerry's employment background includes over 15 years of experience in education and training and 10 years in the retail/customer service sector.

Kerry's current role as Business Support Officer is varied. She works closely with the Risk Management Unit providing customer service to clients accross the Goulburn Valley as well as overseeing Short Course enrolments across the Innoven division.

Kerry's qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; Business (Administration) and Business (Human Resource Management) and Certificate III in Occupational Health & Safety and Hospitality. Kerry is currently undertaking units to complete a Certificate IV in OHS.
