PROFILE - Michael Shiel
Industry Trainer
Michael joined Innoven in 2006 as a sessional trainer delivering training in meat safety. He has worked for 11 years and is currently the on-plant Veterinary Officer at Wodonga for the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service.
Michael's experience includes positions as a Laboratory Manager for Centaur Laboratories; a private veterinary practitioner in Albury and Myrtleford; as the District Veterinary Officer for the Department of Primary Industries; as Veterinary Pathologist at Benalla RVL; District Veterinary Officer for the Department Primary Industries and as a Veterinary Officer/TB & Brucellosis, Department of Primary Industries.
Michael's qualifications include a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Master of Veterinary Science (Pathology).
