PROFILE - Sarah Pendlebury
Industry Trainer
Sarah has many years of experience in the dairy and fruit processing industries.
Sarah is the Program Coordinator for Food Processing and coordinates the Workplace Hygiene and Food Safety Supervisor courses. She has extensive experience in the development of HACCP based food safety plans and quality systems for small to medium enterprises as well as workplace training in these areas.
Sarah's qualifications include a Certificate lV in Workplace Training and Assessment; Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training and Diploma of Applied Science. Sarah is also a member of Food Technology Association of Victoria.
