PROFILE - Kerrie Santiana
Technical and Administration Support Officer
Kerrie has over 16 years experience in a broad range of standard laboratory procedures that are needed to support the trainers at Innoven.
Starting out with Dairy Farmers in the micro laboratory, testing, recording and presenting results for critical analysis, Kerrie joined the Innoven team as Laboratory Technician in 2000 and provides technical support to internal and external users of the laboratories and the Pilot Plant.
In 2005 Kerrie took on the role as E-mentor to assist staff with the design, preparation, use and customisation of online learning strategies, including student support.
Also, as a member of the Business Support Team, Kerrie manages both the technical and student learning resources library.
Kerrie is a member of the Science Teachers Association of Victoria.
Her qualifications include Diploma in Laboratory Technology (TAFE); Certificate IV in Food Technology (TAFE). Micro Analysis of Dairy Product 1993 (William Chandler)and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
