Based in NSW, Frank has extensive industry and education experience with companies such as Nestle, National Foods Ltd and Ridley AgriProducts.
Frank's dedication to training and education resulted in him becoming a recipient of the Teacher of the Year Award in 2004. He was also nominated for the Victorian Teaching Awards in 2005.
His qualifications include a Diploma in Competitive Manufacturing; Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training; Certificate III in Food Processing (Dairy); Advanced Diploma in OHS (NSCA NSW); Licentiate in OHS (NSCA Qld Division); Teams at Work; Total Quality Management Team Member/Team Leader and Internal Auditor (Quality Systems).
Frank is also a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI.
