PROFILE - Charlie Zampaglione
Industry Trainer
Charlie has been involved in the food industry for all of his working life. His experience includes eight years as a Team Leader with Campbells Soup and 10 years as a Butter Room Supervisor with Bonlac Foods Ltd.
Charlie's role at Innoven includes coordination of food industry training, both certificate level and industry specific; food safety, quality and OH&S training; resource and assessment tool writing; assessment of operators both in classroom delivery and in industry.
He also operates the plant and equipment in our Food Industry Centre Pilot Plant as required by industry for trials and R&D work.
Charlie's qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education & Training; Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment; Certificate III in Management; Retort Supervisors Certificate; Advanced Certificate in Food Technology; Dairy Technician Class 5 - Evaporator Operator; Dairy Technician Class 4 - Butter Maker & Grader; and a Forklift Drivers Licence.
