PROFILE - Donna Jack
Commercial Manager
Donna Jack is based at the Shepparton campus and manages the Food Industry Centre for Innoven.
Donna has extensive experience in packaging manufacturing industries mainly in risk management roles and client relations including customer complaints, development and implementation of HACCP and quality programs, vendor assurance systems, auditing and audit management.
She is a member of the Dairy Industry Association of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Microbiology and Zoology, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is currently studying for a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training.
Donna also manages the NCDEA Dairy Processing Enterprise programs for industry.
