PROFILE - Jim Brewer
Industry Trainer
Jim works for the NCDEA Dairy Processing Department and recently joined the Innoven Manufacturing Team in Shepparton as Supply Chain Trainer. He has extensive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Technical areas across Food, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Cosmetics and Packaging Industries.
Jim is a Member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (MRACI). He is also a member of the Australasian Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), has taught for APICS and is a past President of the Victorian Chapter.
Jim holds a B.Sc (Hons) and Ph. D. from the Australian National University (Organic Chemistry) and holds a CPIM and CIRM from APICS (USA).
