Trainer - Meat Industry

Mark's experience in the meat industry spans over 20 years including working in wholesale butchery, abattoirs and 5 years as an owner operator of a mobile butchery business. He also has experience in retail meat management.

Mark is based at the Shepparton Campus and has a Certificate III in Meat Retail, Certificate IV Training and Assessment and is currently studying (Ausmeat) meat specifications.
