Darren is located at the Benalla Campus and is responsible for the management of Olivers Restaurant and hospitality training at the Campus.
Darren has 20 years experience in cooking as a restaurant owner, hotelier and is a qualified chef. He has a Diploma of Hospitality Management, Graduate Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is TAB accredited.
