Sessional Teacher
Maria is a baking specialist with skills in the cake decorating field. She has extensive industry experience as an owner/operator and working with several bakeries and cake shops as a pastry cook and cake decorator.
Maria is a member of the Cake Decorating Association of Victoria and the Town & Country Cake Decorators Group. She holds a Diploma in Soft Icing Master Cake Decorating from the Merryday School of Cake Decorating, Cheltenham and a Certificate III in Food Processing, Hygiene and Sanitation.
Her responsibilities include running the Cake Decorating short courses and working as a sessional teacher for the Certificate III in Food Processing (Retail Baking - Combined). She also supports the Victorian Bakeskills Team.
