Bronwyn has 20 years experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry including front and back of house, in both hands-on and management roles, and has worked in restaurants, hotels and event catering and management.
Bronwyn oversees the training and assessment of trainees and apprentices in the workplace. She also has a Diploma of Hotel Management and Catering, a Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment and the Certificate IV in TAA.
