PROFILE - Meliah Carroll
Trainer
Meliah comes to the Hospitality department with hands-on experience as a restaurant manager and qualifications in Hospitality management. She has an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hospitality Management).
Meliah is based at the Shepparton campus and has responsibility for training and coordinating first year hospitality diploma students. Meliah is also responsible for supervising the front of house activities of the Covers training restaurant at Shepparton and is coordinates the Responsible Service of Alcohol and Operate a Bar short courses.
