PROFILE - Carol Mifka
Industry Trainer
Carol comes to Innoven from both an industry and educational background.
Carol's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and a Graduate Certificate in Education.
Carol also has a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and the new Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA04).
Carol's areas of expertise include training and assessment in the VET sector; frontline leadership; communication; presentation skills in the workplace; structured writing (eg SOPs, reports) and program and resource development.
Carol is currently involved in developing expertise in Competitive Manufacturing.
