PROFILE - Ross Graham
Trainer
Ross has 30 years experience in the Hospitality industry and nine years as a teacher of Hospitality. Ross has completed a trade certificate in Hospitality, Workplace Trainer & Assessor certification and a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training. Ross is a member of the Australian Culinary Federation and is a State qualified culinary judge. He is also a member of the Victorian Cookery Educators Network and is actively involved in improving internal processes at GOTAFE and Innoven.
He is specifically involved in the coordination and training of Cookery Apprentices at the Shepparton Campus and managing cookery operations for Covers training restaurant.
