Kate has 13 years experience in the hospitality industry in Melbourne and has worked as a trainer since 1999. Kate is the Shepparton campus Hospitality manager, the VET in Schools coordinator and a Hospitality industry trainer.
Kate has a Certificate in Cookery (Box Hill Institute TAFE), a Certificate IV Training and Assessment, a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education & Training (La Trobe University) and a Certificate in Educational Leadership. She is also an accredited trainer for Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Kate is actively involved in the Shepparton Hospitality Industry Advisory Committee; the New Apprenticeship Group and the Victorian Cookery, Hospitality and Tourism Educators Network.
