PROFILE - Glenn Kealy
Trainer
Glenn has extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors with a 20 year career in all aspects of the trade including various chefs positions in Australia and overseas. He has also worked as duty manager and assistant manager roles in front of house.
Glenn's primary role is as a teacher and coordinator of the third year apprentices and the Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) and Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) non-apprentices.
His qualifications include a Graduate Diploma (VET); Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment( and currant TAA)and a Cookery trade qualification.
