PROFILE - Clive Lomas
Trainer
Clive has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, both in Australia and overseas. He is a trade qualified chef with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and a Graduate Diploma in VET.
Clive is a Hospitality/Cookery teacher with Innoven's Hospitality department conducting the training and assessment of the apprentices, trainees and VET in Schools students.
He is also involved in promoting hospitality in the North East region of Victoria with the Rural City of Wangaratta and has professional membership of the Australia Culinary Federation.
