The major focus of this training program is to identify opportunities for supply chain improvement by aligning business strategy to supply chain operations and applying Lean thinking to address the challenges.
Included in the program is the study of supply chain relationships which provides the foundation for improved customer understanding.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This unique program includes the use of Lean principles in a workplace project, allowing for immediate application of the latest thinking to improve the competitive advantage of the organisation. Participants develop the capability to transform the organisation from within and deliver real change.

TRAINING DELIVERY & ASSESSMENT
This 12 month program consists of six intensive one day workshops and three industry visits. The major course assessment is completed via presentation of a workplace performance improvement project to your business.
Provided is regular follow up and ongoing faculty involvement during/after the program.
