Shearers Restaurant located at the Institute's Seymour Campus is available for bookings for special occasions.hospitality students using a simulated industry environment.
Student chefs and waiters work under Hospitality staff supervision to provide great service and an innovative menu of food and beverages, all at affordable prices.
