Master Class Series

Hospitality students are provided with the opportunity to participate in the Master Class Series - an initiative which provides students with the opportunity to gain knowledge from passionate acclaimed chefs and wine makers.

To date students have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of renowned chefs, such as Stefano de Pieri, Patrizia Simone, Stephanie Alexander, Geoff Lindsay, Tony Tan and George Calombaris, and expert wine makers including Grant Van Every, Fred Pizzini and Anna Monichino.

Covers Restaurant - Shepparton

We invite you to experience our Master Class series again in 2009. This year our students have the opportunity work with a combination of Melbourne and our local regions finest Chefs, Sommeliers and service experts. We invite you to book your table and enjoy the exquisite food, wine and service of the 2009 Covers Restaurant

Tower Restaurant - Wangaratta

Places are strictly limited so book your tickets early, we look forward to your company. All Master Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at 6.30 for a 7.00 pm start at the Tower Restaurant in Docker Street, Wangaratta and tickets cost $75 per person.
